NVIDIA DLSS 3.8.10 Update Simplifies Presets to Just Two Options

NVIDIA has rolled out its latest DLSS (Deep Learning Super Sampling) update, version 3.8.10, reducing the preset configurations from four options (A, B, C, D) down to just two—E and F. This new update, which accompanies the GeForce 566.14 driver, simplifies the user experience while focusing on providing enhanced image quality for gamers.

DLSS technology is designed to boost game visuals while maintaining smooth frame rates, using deep learning to upscale lower-resolution images. The new presets in DLSS 3.8.10 have been optimized to address issues like ghosting, delivering clearer images during fast motion. The “E” preset now serves as the default “Quality” setting, aiming to balance visual fidelity with performance. For users seeking the highest possible quality and anti-aliasing through DLAA (Deep Learning Anti-Aliasing), the “F” preset provides an ultra-high-quality mode.

In addition to simplifying choices, DLSS 3.8.10 has also reduced the library’s file size, aligning it with the needs of modern games. The streamlined setup promises to improve accessibility, making it easier for players to enjoy high-quality visuals with minimal configuration.

With these changes, NVIDIA’s DLSS continues to evolve as a powerful tool for game enhancement, emphasizing simplicity, efficiency, and visual performance for a better gaming experience.
