On November 14, Cooler Master introduced the GST series of ATX 3.1 power supplies, featuring a direct cable design and certified 80 Plus Gold efficiency. This new PSU series is available in 650W, 750W, and 850W versions, providing users with a high-efficiency solution for demanding PC builds.
The GST series incorporates a single +12V rail, LCC resonant, and DC-DC conversion topology, which ensures stable and efficient power delivery. It is equipped with high-quality 105°C rated Japanese capacitors, allowing it to operate optimally even in environments with temperatures up to 40ºC.
In terms of cooling, the GST series utilizes a 120mm HDB bearing fan with a unique ring blade structure. This fan design, featuring seven blades with serrated grooves, reduces deformation during rotation, striking an ideal balance between high cooling performance and low noise. The fan also boasts a lifespan of up to 150,000 hours.
Cooler Master also prioritizes safety, offering six comprehensive protection mechanisms: Short Circuit Protection (SCP), Over Current Protection (OCP), Over Voltage Protection (OVP), Under Voltage Protection (UVP), Over Power Protection (OPP), and Over Temperature Protection (OTP), ensuring stable and safe operation under various conditions.
This release marks Cooler Master’s commitment to delivering reliable and high-efficiency power solutions for a range of applications, making the GST series a great option for both gaming and workstation PCs.
